How is a credit different than a trade-in?
Unlike a trade-in where the value of your old car is put towards the purchase of a new car, a credit is money from the government to help you pay for a new, more fuel-efficient VW. In exchange, your old car will be destroyed as part of a national effort to remove low mileage vehicles from circulation.

Can I get more by trading in?
